Kevin Froggatt, is Drakes Garage Body shop repair coordinator, and is the first point of contact when you have had an accident.

• Your insurance company contacts Kevin with details of your car and the accident which it has been involved in.
• Kevin will then contact you to arrange a convenient time for your vehicle to be delivered, collected or transported to our Bodyshop.
• If required, arrangements will be made for you to have the use of one of our fleet 50 courtesy cars, whilst your car is off the road.
• Once the work has been authorised, Kevin will contact you with an estimated completion date and will keep you informed by either telephone or text, on progress of the repair to your vehicle.
• When your repairs are complete, your car will be fully valeted and arrangements will be made for a convenient time for you to either pick up your vehicle, or have it delivered to your door.
