“I’m first contacted by your insurance company who give me details of the car and the accident, we’ll then make contact with you to arrange how your car will get to our workshops.
If your car isn’t drivable we’ll pick it up and arrange for one of our eighty courtesy cars for you to enjoy while your car is repaired.
Our technicians complete a detailed estimate, with digital images which are sent to your insurance company for authorization.
Once authorized, you will be given a completion date and I will keep you informed by telephone or text message about the progress on your car.

Your vehicle will be fully valeted and you can either pick up the car from us, or we will deliver it to your door.”
